The Company

IMV are a world leading global company offering Vibration Test Solutions and Services with physical locations across Europe and the Globe.

Challenge

IMV has always been a dynamic and forward looking Company with their product offerings and IMV places a high demand on their internal IT systems that supports the delivery of their world class solutions. With the continued growth of the customer base and increasing staff levels, the CRM solution used by the company failed to meet the rapidly changing needs and the system was too rigid to allow it to be modified to fit IMV’s needs.

The company invested a great deal of time into reviewing and evaluating suitable CRM/ERP products but failed to find a solution that would fit into the way the company worked. IMV approached Cambridge Software for a custom solution that avoided the need for them to change current processes to fit the software and more importantly for a solution that would grow and adapt with the business.

The Solution

After an initial project to understand IMV’s current and future needs, some of the identified key functionality included:

Cambridge Software recommended the implementation of EliteBMS as the core system along with a scheduled release of custom functionality to meet all the needs.
